  • 1.所有食材放到大碗中。
  • 2.揉成面团,盖湿布饧发20分钟。
  • 3.面团搓成长条,切小剂子。
  • 4.先把小剂子搓成短点的条状,接着两只手往相反方向搓成细长条,两头对折捏紧,扭成麻花。
  • 5.油温加热到放下筷子有密集气泡时,放入麻花炸,用筷子不断翻动麻花,待颜色变金黄时捞出沥油。
  • 6.香酥可口,小吃解馋。
