Steps to make 软炸里脊

  • 1.小里脊洗净,沥干水分。
  • 2.切成手指宽的长条。
  • 3.切好的里脊条放入容器中,加入打散的蛋液,适量料酒、胡椒粉、盐、淀粉抓匀,腌30分钟以上。
  • 4.锅烧热,放油;油烧至六、七成开,下腌好的小里脊条,炸至变色,捞出;锅内的油重新烧热,再次下入小里脊条炸至金黄色,捞出。
  • 5.用厨房纸巾吸一下油,装盘即可食用。
