昨天是传统的元宵节,早起包了翡翠饺子,晚上吃过饭出去看了圈烟火后,回来元宵晚会开始播放,趁这功夫煮了买的黑芝麻汤圆,也是吃饭早,过节两顿饭,煮了一袋三人全吃了。还意犹未尽,今天自己包了蓝莓馅的彩色汤圆,好吃好看,如果想吃更健康的,可以放蔬菜水果汁或者果粉更好。

Steps to make 花式汤圆

  • 1.水烧开,然后一点点往糯米粉里加水,和成软硬适度的面团
  • 2.蓝莓酱备好,做汤圆馅料
  • 3.分成6个面团,留一块白色面团,其余的加入少量色素,揉匀,
  • 4.拿一块面团按扁,包入馅料
  • 5.包圆
  • 6.以这块粉色面团为例,把白色面团揉成细的条条,做成花瓣状围在粉色面团上,做个4瓣的,中间揉个其他颜色的面团放在花瓣上,也可以做五个或者更多花瓣的,随意组合,
  • 7.然后用牙签把花瓣按一下,做出喜欢的形状,各种颜色花瓣数量随意组合
  • 8.水烧开,下入汤圆煮熟
