千层酱香饼
以前在外地上班的时候,每天路过早餐店,都会来上一份千层饼酱香饼 豆浆.今天在家自己也试着做了,味道还不错,层层酥酥,又有浓郁的酱香味.

Steps to make 千层酱香饼

  • 1.取250g面粉放到盆里,加入适量盐调味
  • 2.加入适量温水(用温水和面做出来的饼口感不会那么硬)
  • 3.把面团揉到光滑即可,然后盖上湿布,醒10分钟
  • 4.接下来做酱料:锅中倒入食用油.放入葱白煸香
  • 5.然后加入豆瓣酱和耗油翻炒
  • 6.加入适量水,
  • 7.烧到浓稠后打入葱花即可盛出
  • 8.取一个小碗,倒入食用油,再加入少许刚才烧好的酱料,拌匀制成辣油备用
  • 9.把醒好的面团用擀面杖擀成厚约3公分的长方形
  • 10.刷上步骤8的辣油
  • 11.把面皮上下对折
  • 12.在面皮的连接处刷上辣油
  • 13.再继续上下对折
  • 14.对折好以后把面皮翻上来(对折的那一面朝下)
  • 15.再次刷上辣油
  • 16.然后对折起来
  • 17.把面从一端卷起来
  • 18.一端的卷到一般在从另外一端卷起来,成这个样子
  • 19.把两头叠在一起,压扁
  • 20.用擀面杖擀成面皮
  • 21.把擀好的饼皮放入锅中烙到两面金黄即可
  • 22.刷上之前做好的酱料即可
