Steps to make 炒鸡翅

  • 1.材料准备好:鸡翅中、青椒、红辣椒、大葱白、姜,清洗干净,如果用嫩姜味道更佳。
  • 2.鸡翅横剁一刀成两半;下刀要稳准狠,防止产生骨渣。
  • 3.葱白斜切成段,姜切薄片。
  • 4.青红椒去籽,切稍大点儿的滚刀块。
  • 5.炒锅中倒少许油,温油,将鸡翅和葱段、姜片同入锅,倒少许料酒,中火煸炒至鸡翅微鼓,并且有微微焦黄的边儿。
  • 6.倒半杯热水,盖上盖子,中小火焖炖3-5分钟;也可以多次少量淋水不停翻炒,直到鸡翅肉全熟。
  • 7.倒适量酱油、生抽、盐,翻炒几下后倒入青红椒块,混合均匀即出锅。
