Steps to make 自制腌咸蛋

  • 1.买回来的鸭蛋将表面冲洗干净;

  • 4. 将高度白酒放入小碗中;
  • 5. 洗干净的鸭蛋控干水分或者用厨房纸巾擦拭干净;
  • 6. 将鸭蛋放入白酒中滚动;
  • 7. 再将粘过白酒的的鸭蛋放入处理过的盐中滚动, 让蛋的表面均匀的粘上一层盐;
  • 8. 将它们码放在泡菜坛中;
  • 9. 盖上碗盖,在四周边缘处注入水,腌制二十天以上;
  • 10.腌制好的咸蛋煮熟后就可以食用了, 配菜佐粥都不错。
