Steps to make 蔓越莓奶香小排包

  • 1.除黄油和蔓越莓以外的所有食材投入面包机进行一个程序15分钟揉面
  • 2.加入黄油进行第二个程序的揉面
  • 3.揉出手套膜,面团达到完全扩展
  • 4.加入适量蔓越莓干,揉面5分钟,均匀混合
  • 5.放温暖处发酵
  • 6.面团发至2-3倍大时,发酵完成
  • 7.排气后,均匀分成10个剂子,滚圆,盖保鲜膜,松驰15分钟
  • 8.排气,把剂子擀成长舌状
  • 9.翻面,折叠
  • 10.再次擀长
  • 11.横向捏合
  • 12.全部整型后,摆放入烤盘,进行二次发酵
  • 13.发到2-3倍大时,刷全蛋液,烤箱预热后,入烤箱,180度,20分钟,进行烘烤
  • 14.出炉后,烤盘中取出,烤架上晾凉,就享用吧
