这个菜是我自己想出来的,名字也是我起的,也许会跟某种食物重名字,朋友们别拍,这就是我家的一份小食,仅此而已。
土豆一直是家里常备的蔬菜,可以菜可以饭,很是方便。吃法也很多,做法更是随意,想到哪儿就做到哪儿,好吃就成了。

  • 火腿半根
  • 淀粉小量
  • 胡椒粉4克
  • 生抽10克
  • 红椒一个

Steps to make 土豆粑粑

  • 1.材料图。
  • 2.土豆刨丝,火腿切碎,放在大碗中,加上豆渣。
  • 3.加盐和胡椒粉调味,之后加上淀粉。
  • 4.抓均匀。
  • 5.团一团抓好的菜团子,放在一片叶子上面。
  • 6.放在笼格中。开火蒸上,水开后计时,约10分钟。
  • 7.这期间可以准备蘸汁,我用了鱼豆豉,生抽醋和香油,其它酱也是可以的,随自己的口味儿吧。
  • 8.蒸好了。配着蘸水,吃吧。
  • 9.这是某日的早餐。
