豆沙月饼
前些天做的月饼家人没吃够,做过一次感觉并不难,操作简单、干净卫生,放两天回油后会很好吃。

  • 中筋面粉220g
  • 转化糖浆150g
  • 枧水5g
  • 玉米油50g

Steps to make 豆沙月饼

  • 1.先将转化糖浆及枧水搅拌均匀,再加入玉米油搅拌均匀。
  • 2.加入面粉搅拌均匀。
  • 3.和成面团盖盖静置1小时。
  • 4.分成大小均匀的剂子搓圆。
  • 5.豆沙馅搓圆。
  • 6.面皮包入豆沙馅料,用月饼模具扣出月饼坯。
  • 7.烤箱先预热5至10分钟,上火170度、下火155度,烤20分钟。
  • 8.月饼新鲜出炉,颜色金黄、香甜适口。
  • 9.放两天回油后会好吃。
