Steps to make Vermicelli, egg, and chive filling
- 1. Prepare the ingredients and chop the chives and carrots into small pieces.
- 2. Crush the noodles and soak in water for 15 minutes.
- 3. Add more oil and stir fry the eggs first.
- 4. Add shredded noodles, scallions, and carrots and stir fry well.
- 5. Stir fry with soy sauce, Sichuan pepper powder, chicken essence, and salt.
