梅雨季节一过,马上就会迎来一年中最热的天气:三伏天。天气一热人的胃口就不好,总想吃些清凉爽口的食物。朝鲜冷面冰爽清凉,会令人食欲大开呢。

    Steps to make 朝鲜冷面

    • 1.准备好所有原料。
    • 2.牛肉汤中加入生抽酱油,白醋,白糖,加入少量盐和鸡精,最后加入适量雪碧放冰箱冷藏备用。
    • 3.荞麦冷面提前半小时泡软。
    • 4.泡好的放开水锅煮两分钟,捞出过凉水用手搓掉表面粘液,防止面条黏连。用凉开水冲洗两遍,沥干水份放入碗中。(因为一个人缘故,好多步骤都没法拍照⊙︿⊙)
    • 5.梨去皮切片,黄瓜切丝,西红柿、牛肉切片,熟鸡蛋剥皮切半,和泡菜一起码放在冷面上,浇入调好料的冰镇牛肉汤,撒上白芝麻即可。
