    Steps to make 珍珠丸子

    • 1.选用新鲜羊肉
    • 2.选用优质糯米,在水中泡2小时左右备用
    • 3.热锅放油,将鸡蛋打碎放入锅内煎成薄饼待用
    • 4.锅置旺火上加适量的水烧沸放小青菜绰至熟
    • 5.将肉剁泥,把鸡蛋皮,葱花,豆干粉丝切碎搅拌均匀,再加入鸡蛋液、淀粉、精盐搅匀使其有黏性。
    • 6.把肉馅挤成大小相同的丸子后滚上已泡好的糯米
    • 7.把肉丸放蒸锅上,蒸至15分钟左右至熟
    • 8.将开水绰过的小青菜叶朝里径向外按顺序向四周依次摆开做底,把肉丸放上
    • 9.成品的珍珠丸子
