【番茄配方】双色吐司砖——花样吐司,为圣诞节做准备!
上次番茄用正方形吐司盒做了一个棋格吐司,今天我们继续来个花样的双色吐司,为了迎接圣诞,番茄可是做了不少准备哈!​双色吐司砖,用的是制作丹麦金砖专用的吐司盒,当然用来做其他面包也是不错的。制作上难度不大,口味上一口下去上可以吃到巧克力和原味奶香两者的交融,是一款既有卖相又有味道的面包哦。这个圣诞面包当道,值得试试!​

  • 高筋面粉130g
  • 牛奶90g
  • 细砂糖20g
  • 1.5g
  • 酵母1.5g
  • 黄油15g
  • 可可粉5g

Steps to make 【番茄配方】双色吐司砖——花样吐司,为圣诞节做准备!

  • 1.参照方子“手工揉面 ”或者方子“面包机揉面”完成揉面,揉好的面分成两份,比例大约1比3即可,小的一份中加入可可粉揉匀(可适当的给可可粉里加少许水)
  • 2.揉好的两个面团滚圆,25度左右温暖处发酵
  • 3.一次发酵完成后排气,按扁擀成矩形,注意大面片要比小面片大一些
  • 4.给大面片上刷少许水,这样可以让两个面团沾粘更加牢靠
  • 5.上面和下面往中心卷起来,捏紧接缝处
  • 6.放入吐司盒内,进行二次发酵
  • 7.发到即将满模
  • 8.180度上下火烤25分钟即可出炉,出炉后立即脱模
