冬日特典---《酸菜排骨粉丝煲》
天气越来越冷了,大家是不是越来越不想起床了呢?话说冬天赖在被窝还真的是舒服啊!

冬天一群人围着一起吃火锅的感觉真的好棒!现在不管是在单位还是跟朋友聚餐,都喜欢
去吃一些暖身的汤菜啊火锅啊~
我现在也喜欢在家里做些这种菜,好吃又不麻烦,把所有东西放进去乱炖一下,美味就诞生啦~

今天做的是《酸菜排骨粉丝煲》,酸菜不止可以做酸菜鱼,还可以炖排骨用哦!喜欢吃土豆的
吃货们可以加点土豆,味道可好吃,最后还可以用底汤煎点米饭吃,总之用很多种吃法,大家
自己看着办吧!^^这道菜用的就是俺的小红锅哦,**有售哈!

Steps to make 冬日特典---《酸菜排骨粉丝煲》

  • 1.将买来的一包酸菜改刀切成小片。
  • 2.准备一小把粉丝,量自己掌握,喜欢的就多放点。
  • 3.青菜用清水洗净备用。
  • 4.准备一小碗的排骨,我的排骨是事先煮好的。
  • 5.葱和辣椒切段。
  • 6.在小锅中放入一勺油,热后先放入酸菜和葱、辣椒,大火翻炒,炒出香味。
  • 7.闻到香味后加入温水,加到满小锅2/3的位置,等水煮开,加入粉丝。
  • 8.加入排骨拌匀。
  • 9.最后加入青菜,盖上锅盖,再次煮开后,加点盐即可出锅。
