  • 1.我们先做面团,取普通面粉250克,最好过筛一下,把开水170分次倒入,每次用筷子拌匀后再加。
  • 2.全部搅拌均匀呈絮状后,用手揉成团。
  • 3.取出来揉5分钟左右,揉至表面光滑。
  • 4.均匀的分成8份。
  • 5.全部揉圆,盖上保鲜膜松弛20分钟。
  • 6.乘面团松弛的时候我们准备一下糖馅,白砂糖3大勺,面粉1大勺,混合均匀备用即可。
  • 7.取出松弛好的面团,用包汤圆的手法,在中间挖出一个洞,倒入准备好的糖馅。
  • 8.然后用包汤圆的手法,慢慢挤压收口,然后揉圆。
  • 9.再用擀面杖,擀扁擀圆。
  • 10.锅里放一点油,开小火放入糖饼,开小火慢煎,一面金黄后,翻个面另一面也煎至金黄即可捞出。
  • 11.烫面糖饼,完成O(∩_∩)O
