Steps to make 熊猫饼干

  • 1.准备好食材;
  • 2.黄油切小块室温软化;
  • 3.筛入糖粉和盐;
  • 4.打发至体积变大颜色变浅;
  • 5.分2-3次加入全蛋液,每次都要搅打至完全吸收后再倒入下一次;
  • 6.取50g打好的黄油到一个干净碗里;
  • 7.筛入70g低粉,揉成原色面团;
  • 8.剩下的黄油盆里筛入余下的100g低粉和可可粉,揉成面团;
  • 9.都均匀揉成面团后,包上保鲜膜放进冰箱冷藏一小时;
  • 10.将可可色面团铺在硅胶垫上,上下各覆盖一层保鲜膜,用擀面杖擀成厚度大概3mm厚的面皮;
  • 11.用熊猫饼干模具的身体部分在可可面团上压出熊猫的身体;
  • 12.一一慢慢移到烤盘上,多余的面团可以重新揉好再次擀开反复操作一遍,直至把面团都用完;
  • 13.用同样的方式将原色面团擀成薄皮后用模具按压出脸部外形、表情部分、腹部部分,然后依次摆在可可面团的熊猫形状上;
  • 14.烤箱170度预热后,中层18分钟左右,至白色面团微微上色后即可,出炉后放在冷却架上晾凉后放入密封盒内保存。
