  • 香叶少许
  • 桂皮一根
  • 八角两朵剪碎
  • 麦芽糖水一小碗

Steps to make 凤还巢

  • 1.1、将鸽子掏空洗净,鸽肚内放入葱姜丝。用盐、料酒、生抽、葱姜、八角、桂皮、香叶进行腌制,腌制时间不少于三十分钟。
  • 2.2、将麦芽糖稍加稀释成麦芽糖水,然后使用麦芽糖水将鸽子涂抹均匀,待风干后入油锅烹制。鸽子风干后入油锅炸制金黄色捞出待用。
  • 3.3、细面放入贴筛摆成巢状入油锅炸制成型后捞出。粉丝切断炸制膨胀捞出,垫入巢中。将鸽子摆入巢中,切生菜丝垫于巢底,盘中再点缀少许黄瓜片即可
