  • 白砂糖10克
  • 1小撮
  • 泡打粉5克
  • 黄油40克
  • 牛奶56克
  • 蔓越莓干25克

  • 1.用料
  • 2.将面粉,泡打粉,黄油倒入大碗,用切面刀混合
  • 3.倒在案台上,抓搓成粗粉状
  • 4.中间刨坑,放入盐,糖,牛奶
  • 5.用切面刀从内侧开始混合
  • 6.继续用切面刀切割混合
  • 7.加入蔓越莓干,用切面刀混合均匀
  • 8.整理成方形,包上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏30-60分钟
  • 9.取出,擀成厚约2厘米的方形
  • 10.用口径约6厘米的杯子切割成圆片
  • 11.取出
  • 12.表面刷蛋液,
  • 13.放入烤箱,中层,上下火200度,烤约15分钟左右
  • 14.表面金黄,出炉
