油麦菜炒豆干
本来是种雪里蕻,但可能是种子搞混了,长出了些油麦菜,不错,反正能吃吧,长得不多,所以就和豆干一起炒了。

  • 蒜茸1/2大匙
  • 豆豉1/2大匙
  • 精盐1/4小匙
  • 白糖1/2小匙
  • 黑椒粉1/4小匙
  • 生抽1大匙
  • 料酒1/2大匙

Steps to make 油麦菜炒豆干

  • 1.把油麦菜切小段,蒜头、整整剁碎,把豆干切粒,煸至金黄色,盛起备用;
  • 2.开中高火,锅热放底油,加入蒜头和豆豉,爆香;
  • 3.倒入油麦菜,翻炒片刻;
  • 4.倒入豆干和菜椒片,点入精盐1/4小匙、白糖1/2小匙、黑椒粉1/4小匙,翻炒几下,在锅边淋入生抽1大匙和料酒1/2大匙,兜均匀即可出锅。
