  • 1.菠萝削好切块放入加了盐的凉水中泡半小时。
  • 2.泡好的菠萝再改切小块放进料理机搅碎。
  • 3.我久置不用的手动榨汁器派上了用场。用它把柠檬的汁压出来,一点都没有浪费。
  • 4.搅碎的菠萝放进面包桶,加入柠檬汁和适量冰糖,玉米淀粉。自己可以到一边自由活动了。
  • 5.它一边搅动一边加热,慢慢地越来越浓稠。
  • 6.1个半小时后成品出来了。装进用开水煮过的瓶子。
  • 7.纯天然无添加的菠萝果酱。酸酸甜甜带着菠萝的清香。再装一瓶。
  • 8.这一小碟是明早涂面包吃的。
  • 9.装好瓶的菠萝酱拧紧瓶盖,放进冰箱冷藏。因为无添加,所以尽快吃完。
