少油省事【地三鲜】
地三鲜超级美味但是也被称为堪比硬菜的高能量食物,土豆不说,能量比较高,加上茄子青椒之前都要过油,别提有多少热量在里面了,为了健康咱们也不能多吃油炸食品啊对不?所以我就改成了炒菜版的地三鲜,原料还是土豆茄子菜青椒,味道一样还不错~

    Steps to make 少油省事【地三鲜】

    • 1.土豆切成片,茄子切成块,青椒也切成片,葱姜切好
    • 2.锅里面放油,比炒菜稍微多一点,先放葱花炒一下
    • 3.锅里面先放进去土豆片,把葱拨到一边,不要翻炒先两面煎一下
    • 4.然后加进去切成块状的茄子
    • 5.炒出来水分了之后加入酱油
    • 6.然后加入食盐翻炒
    • 7.最后放进去最容易变软的青椒,快速翻炒入味,这样青椒就比较脆
    • 8.随后大火收汁即可
