自制豆豉辣椒酱

Steps to make 自制豆豉辣椒酱

  • 1.准备各种食材
  • 2.将花生和芝麻用微波炉打熟。花生打3分钟左右,去掉红皮儿,芝麻打30秒就可以了
  • 3.将干红辣椒剪碎,加入三分之一的花生和芝麻,再用搅拌机打碎。
  • 4.锅热,加适量植物油,小火将花椒、桂皮、香叶、大料入锅炒香
  • 5.小火炒香2-3分钟,用滤网把渣滓滤除,剩下植物油
  • 6.锅再烧热,将植物油再入锅,小火,将切碎的豆豉入锅炒
  • 7.豆豉炒出香味后,加入打碎的辣椒碎炒香
  • 8.出锅前加入少许白糖,再直接将油淋入到花生和芝麻里
