  • 1.准备猪大骨1000克。
  • 2.洗净的大骨放锅中焯烫。
  • 3.焯烫后的大骨再次用水洗净。

  • 5.大骨放锅中添入足量的水,放入图4中的所有配料。
  • 6.加入1小勺盐(这个时候加盐比较容易入味)和少量米醋。
  • 7.大火烧开,小火炖大概2个小时肉变软烂即可出锅。
