日式味噌鸡肉肠

  • 鸡肉泥300g
  • 生姜泥10g
  • 色拉油1大勺
  • 味噌日式酱20g
  • 砂糖1大勺
  • 料理酒2大勺
  • 酱油2大勺
  • 栗子粉2大勺
  • 面包粉15g

Steps to make 日式味噌鸡肉肠

  • 1.将鸡肉泥取出一半,加入A的材料搅拌均匀。
  • 2.将另一半鸡肉泥放到锅里。
  • 3.加入B的材料小火煮沸腾停火。
  • 4.往1里加入C的材料。
  • 5.然后将2的材料一起加入。
  • 6.拌匀。
  • 7.......
  • 8.将卷帘上面放上保鲜膜,然后放上3的材料。
  • 9.均匀大小卷起来两头用线绳系住。
  • 10.将9放到蒸锅里蒸15分钟之后停火取出。
  • 11.之后揭开保鲜膜。
  • 12.底锅里加入色拉油,然后取出11蒸好的鸡肉肠小火烤制全体上色即可。
  • 13.刚出锅的鸡肉肠。
  • 14.切成适当的大小装盘即可。
