新春盛宴,怎能少了卤味凉菜,今儿就分享一道简单又好吃卤味凉菜~香辣卤猪肝;全家人都爱吃猪肝,就连我家小伙子也爱吃,卤好鸭翅后,随便把一块猪肝也一起卤了,真的是又香又入味,非常好吃呢~~~

Steps to make 香辣卤猪肝

  • 1.准备好猪肝一块。
  • 2.用盐水浸泡10分钟,洗净,然后放入冷水锅中,加盖煮沸。
  • 3.3、将焯水后的猪肝,再次浸泡半小时,泡去多余血水后沥干水分​。
  • 4.放入老卤汁锅中,加盖大火。
  • 5.煮开后,转小火。
  • 6.中途翻几次面会更易入味。
  • 7.小火焖煮20分钟左右,用筷子试试可否戳动。
  • 8.能戳动,关火。
  • 9.不着急吃,可以多焖一会儿,急着吃就取出晾凉。
  • 10.吃前用刀切簿片。
  • 11.码入盘中,淋上卤汁即可。
  • 12.鲜嫩爽口,香辣入味。
