苹果蔬菜汤
秋天天气干燥,肺燥热、皮肤干、心火盛,是应该好好煲汤来滋润滋润,记得小时候妈妈喜欢煲红罗萝卜生蔗马蒂汤,最后总忘不了撒把香菜,小时候不太喜欢香菜味,问为什么一定要加在汤里,妈妈说是香菜凉气,一直记到现在,在我们这嘎地儿找不到竹蔗和生马蒂,只好改用苹果和黄瓜,效果也挺好,真的,苹果的丝丝甜味做汤是很相宜的。

Steps to make 苹果蔬菜汤

  • 1.把每个苹果开成八瓣,切去芯,黄瓜切扁柱型、小红萝卜不用加工,和苹果、黄瓜一起下锅,把香菜洗净,先不下锅,汤煮好后再下锅;
  • 2.锅放水约2/3锅,盖盖子,烧开;
  • 3.改慢火煮约40分钟或直到材料变得透明,证明已经煮透,如图;
  • 4.加入香菜,煮5分钟香菜出味即可享用。
