私家秘制韩式排骨
牙疼不是病,疼起来真要命。LG的牙齿隐裂了,做了根管治疗仍然在疼,喝糖水或者吃稍微硬的东西都不行。排骨的脆骨我觉得是排骨最精华的部分,LG却吃不得。所以我改良了一下,把五花肉包在年糕上变成的他最爱的排骨。口感意外的好,并且要一口吃下去一个“小排骨”,两种口感交相辉映,还真不错。

    Steps to make 私家秘制韩式排骨

    • 1.将洋葱,青椒切块,年糕切成粗条状备用。
    • 2.五花肉在平底锅里煎至变色,撒少许盐和黑胡椒。
    • 3.五花肉平铺好,中间放年糕棍并卷起来。
    • 4.热锅热油下洋葱块和青椒块爆香锅底。
    • 5.下韩式辣酱,糖和少许盐调味,并加入少许水焖煮片刻。
    • 6.将五花肉年糕用牙签固定住,并下锅焖煮5分钟即可。
