  • 1.把鳕鱼下巴清洗干净。
  • 2.切块。
  • 3.姜切丝,葱切葱花。

  • 5.拌匀,腌约10分钟。
  • 6.放入开水锅。
  • 7.大火蒸7分钟,关火焖5分钟出锅。
  • 8.放上葱丝装饰一下即可。
  • 9.鲜美滑嫩,简单入味。
