鸡仔饼是广东广州特殊传统小吃,也叫小凤饼。外脆内软很有嚼劲,迷你鸡仔饼,自己多次试验做一款迷你饼干,食材与传统的鸡仔饼有些不同,增加花生、果仁碎粒,更香脆。PS:把花生、瓜仁研碎减少包馅及饼干模具,用手就能压出形状。

  • 转化糖浆30克

Steps to make 鸡仔饼(空气炸锅版)

  • 1.所有食材加入拌均;PS:花生、瓜仁烤熟之后研碎
  • 2.揉成光滑的面团静放20分钟;
  • 3.分成大小20克的光滑小团;
  • 4.用手掌压扁成圆形;
  • 5.放入苏泊尔空气翻炸篮上;
  • 6.时间设置25分钟;
  • 7.烤至15分钟时,翻转一次;
  • 8.烤好的迷你鸡仔饼,放凉就酥脆好吃;
