双色紫薯芝士卷
迷上烘培,不仅仅是因为百变的面团让我陶醉,更因为自己做烘焙,可以尽可能的照顾到家里成员的喜好。
不知道从什么时候起,仔仔就不太喜欢和牛奶了,我只能在包子馒头面包里面添加奶制品,让他尽量的摄入奶制品的营养。仔仔很喜欢带着淡淡咸味的芝士的味道,用芝士点缀面包,不但视觉上漂亮,芝士丰富的营养,更是能让仔仔精神一上午哦!
紫薯的加入,更适合不喜欢粗粮的小朋友,促进肠道健康呢。

  • 紫薯泥20克
  • 面粉140克
  • 黄油16克
  • 20克
  • 蛋液10克
  • 奶粉一小勺
  • 芝士一片
  • 酵母粉4克
  • 20克
  • 四分之一小勺

Steps to make 双色紫薯芝士卷

  • 1.紫薯蒸熟,趁热压成泥
  • 2.把所有的食材分成两份,紫薯泥和除黄油外的所有食材混合,揉成均匀的团后把黄油加进去继续揉
  • 3.揪一小块检查下出膜的情况
  • 4.两种面团分别揉好放入密封的盆子里
  • 5.把盆子放入烤箱,里面再放一碗开水进行发酵
  • 6.发酵好的面团取出,排气。分成一样大小的小剂子
  • 7.取两个不同颜色的小剂子,擀成薄薄的牛舌状
  • 8.把两个面团叠起来
  • 9.从下至上卷起来
  • 10.全部做好,摆在烤盘上
  • 11.放入一碗开水,进行二发
  • 12.四十分钟左右,二发好的面包胚取出来,在上面摆上四分之一片芝士片,刷上鸡蛋液,挤上沙拉酱
  • 13.放入烤箱,170度烤12分钟即可出炉,冷却食用
