全麦芝麻酱面包
入手的新模具萌哒哒滴。学厨模具很不错,脱模特别超级好一点也不沾。开光做个宝贝们喜欢的面包吧。也是第一次用全麦面粉做面包,感觉用水的比例要比其他的大,口感有些粗糙麻酱感觉也放少了。但是面包很软和。下次多放麻酱吃起来味道才会浓郁些。

  • 全麦面包粉450G
  • 色拉油30ML
  • 牛奶250ML
  • 2g
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 酵母粉5g

Steps to make 全麦芝麻酱面包

  • 1.面包机里放鸡蛋、色拉油、盐、牛奶、放在一起手动搅打融合、最后放全麦面粉、酵母粉设置揉面33分钟
  • 2.揉好的面、取出放在容器里隔热水发酵50分钟左右、发酵好的面团
  • 3.排气,分成二分
  • 4.擀开抹上麻酱、边卷边拉一下
  • 5.保鲜膜覆盖 、放在温暖处发酵
  • 6.新模具分为三个部分、洗干净用厨纸搽干
  • 7.盘子底座和模具装好
  • 8.把面团装进模具、耳朵部分要按好
  • 9.最后扣上盖子、烤箱预热、上下火160度、时间30分钟
  • 10.面包出炉很软
  • 11.切开用糖笔画上喜欢的动物
