牛油果布丁
在网上买的牛油果,都是熟透的,一下子又吃不了,做点布丁慢慢吃,成品的效果比我预计的要漂亮。

  • 纯牛奶250g
  • 细砂糖40g
  • 吉利丁一片半
  • 冷开水15g
  • 细砂糖20g
  • 吉利丁一片
  • 浓稠原味酸奶250g

Steps to make 牛油果布丁

  • 1.准备牛油果和其他材料;
  • 2.吉利丁片剪成2半,用纯净水泡上待用;
  • 3.150g纯牛奶与40g细砂糖混合,
  • 4.牛油果对切2半;挖出牛油果果肉放入搅拌杯中,放入100g纯牛奶,
  • 5.用手持搅拌杯搅打成细细的果泥;
  • 6.牛奶与细砂糖小火加热至锅边冒细细的泡,放入泡软的吉利丁片(用手攥一下水分),搅拌至吉利丁完全融化;
  • 7.待牛奶稍微放凉,放入打好的牛油果果泥,用搅拌棒搅拌均匀;
  • 8.搅匀的布丁液倒入容器中,放入冰箱冷藏至凝固;倒入布丁液至容器的一半或1/3处;
  • 9.辅料中的吉利丁泡软,与细砂糖20g放入搅拌杯中,放入热水中,隔热加热至吉利丁与白糖完全融化;
  • 10.放入浓稠的原味酸奶250g(已提前过滤掉水分),用搅拌棒搅打均匀,
  • 11.取出已凝固的牛油果布丁,将酸奶布丁液倒在上面,继续放入冰箱冷藏至凝固;
  • 12.在牛油果布丁中倒入1/3的芒果布丁液,凝固后倒入酸奶布丁液至满杯。
