Steps to make 清蒸鲍鱼

  • 1.在海鲜市场买的新鲜鲍鱼3元一个,买的时候他们都把鲍鱼内脏去掉,回来一定还要好好清洗,可以用牙刷刷鲍鱼四周肉肉。
  • 2.要让鲍鱼肉壳分离才方便吃。
  • 3.这是鲍鱼的下面,内脏去掉后,也要好好清洗,绿色的是鲍鱼胃里的食物,也要清洗干净。
  • 4.清洗干净后就用刀在鲍鱼正面横竖切几刀备用。
  • 5.准备蒜和小米辣,用手动碎末机把蒜和小米辣搅碎。
  • 6.像这样就可以了,也可以再碎一点。
  • 7.锅里烧油,烧到90度左右就可以倒入蒜末碗中,搅拌均匀。
  • 8.倒入适量生抽。
  • 9.倒入适量蚝油搅拌均匀。
  • 10.用勺子把蒜末放入鲍鱼上面。
  • 11.放好的蒜末备用,等蒸锅水开后再放入鲍鱼。
  • 12.水开后放入鲍鱼,蒸6分钟即可,太久肉就老了。
  • 13.蒸好后放入适量蒸鱼豉油。
  • 14.再放入葱花,美味的清蒸鲍鱼就可以吃了,这次没有放粉丝,如果想放也可以,粉丝要提前泡好,下次再做一次粉丝款的清蒸鲍鱼。
  • 15.可以吃了,太好吃了,吃的放心。
  • 16.可以开工吃。
