Steps to make 山楂银耳梨汤

  • 1.银耳提前泡发,乌梅山楂备好。
  • 2.梨子去皮去核,改刀小块。
  • 3.银耳用剪刀剪碎,再次清洗干净。
  • 4.把食材放入电饭煲。
  • 5.加入足够清水。
  • 6.启动煲汤功能,大概两个小时左右,银耳软糯即可。
  • 7.因为是电饭煲的微火,所以炖出来的汤汁既清澈又不会少,银耳还非常的软糯出胶质,炖好后放少许冰糖化开即可。
