桂花酒:一见倾心的中秋家酿美酒
初识桂花酒,源自《乐活》,家酿的米酒,加了桂花、枸杞与桂圆,静等一个月。酿出来的酒,色呈琥珀,瞬间打动了我的心。家里刚好有凤凰山的米酒,找一个阳光明媚的周日,带着期待的心,慢慢地酿制着一见倾心的桂花酒。说是酿制,不如说是用桂花、枸杞与桂圆入酒,静等花香与酒香的交融。用上好米酒酿出的桂花酒,琥珀的酒液飘着几朵小小的桂花,酒质香醇、浓厚,尝之微甜,略带点淡雅的花香。拆封的桂花酒,正应了节,旧时中秋之夜,仰望着月中丹桂,闻着阵阵桂香,与家人喝一杯桂花蜜酒,人生乐事之一。苏东坡就曾亲手酿制桂花酒,他在《桂酒颂》中写道:“以桂酒方授吾,酿成而玉色,香味超然,非人间物也。”

Steps to make 桂花酒:一见倾心的中秋家酿美酒

  • 1.准备好桂花,以新鲜的金桂为佳,若没有用晒干的桂花亦可。
  • 2.准备好枸杞。
  • 3.准备好桂圆。
  • 4.将桂花用米酒洗去浮尘等杂物,装入干净干燥的可密封的容器,最好是陶罐或玻璃瓶。
  • 5.枸杞用米酒洗净,装入瓶中。
  • 6.桂圆剥壳,留下桂圆肉。
  • 7.将桂圆装入瓶中,加入冰糖。
  • 8.加入米酒。
  • 9.盖上瓶盖,密封保存。
  • 10.将其放在避光处,静等30天。
  • 11.将拆封的桂花酒滤出。
  • 12.即可饮用。
