沙参玉竹老鸭汤
春季多雨,潮湿,饮食应以化气去湿温补为主。前些日子,感冒后又咳嗽了一段时间,所以煮了这个汤来温补下。汤中沙参性味甘寒,功能滋阴清肺、养胃生津、除虚热;玉竹性味甘寒,质润多液,有养阴润燥的作用,两味合用滋补养阴力大。老鸭有滋阴补血之功,俗语说“嫩鸭湿毒,老鸭滋阴”,用于调补、食疗时,多选用老鸭。生姜健胃又可除鸭腥。合而为汤,滋阴清润、去疾补虚。

Steps to make 沙参玉竹老鸭汤

  • 1.老鸭洗干净,斩成块。
  • 2.沙参玉竹等材料洗干净待用。
  • 3.锅里放冷水,放入鸭肉; 煮开后,转小火,加点料酒,把洗干净的玉竹和沙参还有姜片一起放入。
  • 4.撇去浮末,再稍微煮会儿,把浮在表面的油也撇去。
  • 5.转小火煲两个小时,出锅时加盐调味即可。
