Steps to make 米酒燘草鱼

  • 1.草鱼切成合适块,入盐放至一会
  • 2.准备好作料,红椒、青椒、姜、蒜、各切成片的片。
  • 3.热锅之后在油、接着把鱼块一个个放入锅内,煎好一面在翻另一面接着煎。
  • 4.煎好起锅先放一边
  • 5.在锅内放些油,接着把作料一起放入锅内翻炒,
  • 6.在把一汤勺米酒也放入锅内,翻炒几分钟,接着就有香味漂出来。
  • 7.在锅入加入500g左右水,老抽
  • 8.现在可以把草鱼放进去了,抖均、翻炒两下
  • 9.20分钟之后香香的米酒草鱼出锅了喔
  • 10.在来一张喔
