广式豆沙月饼
中秋节到了,家家都会吃月饼,虽然我家不太喜欢吃朋饼,为了过节还是会吃几块,今年我就做了几种月饼,连送给朋友们吃

  • 枧水1g
  • 奶粉5g

Steps to make 广式豆沙月饼

  • 1.碗中倒入色拉油,加入转化糖浆,加入枧水
  • 2.手动打蛋器搅拌均匀
  • 3.筛入中筋面粉,加入奶粉
  • 4.用刮刀拌均匀,拌成面团
  • 5.将面团揉光滑,放入保鲜盒,放入冰箱冷藏松驰一小时以上
  • 6.将面团揉成长条型
  • 7.分割成25克的小剂子,将小剂子揉圆
  • 8.准备自己做好的豆沙馅
  • 9.把豆沙馅分成25克一个,把豆沙馅揉圆
  • 10.取一块面团,压扁,取豆沙馅球一个放在压扁的面皮上
  • 11.然后包入豆馅,然后裹好,滚圆
  • 12.把月饼坯放入沾过薄粉的模具内
  • 13.把模具放在不粘烤盘内,用力向下按模具,压出形状
  • 14.每个月饼的大小是50克,压完的月饼坯子,待所有月饼坯压好后,表面喷水
  • 15.把喷好水的月饼送入预热好的烤箱内,中层,上下火,200度,大约烤8分钟后取出
  • 16.在定好型的月饼坯上均匀的抹上一层蛋液,然后再送入烤箱,此时烤箱温度转为180度,再烤5分钟后取出。再刷一次蛋黄液,然后再送入烤箱180度继续烤10分钟即可取出
  • 17.烤好的月饼需要放一,二天回油,就可以吃了
