麻辣豆腐
豆腐营养丰富,大多数人都能食用,但豆腐不易入味,今天我分享的这道麻辣豆腐简单易做不费时,香辣嫩滑有滋味,而且不用一滴油,大可咧开嘴巴放心吃。

  • 芹菜杆3根
  • 凉水1碗
  • 玉米淀粉15克
  • 川香麻辣汁20克

Steps to make 麻辣豆腐

  • 1.材料准备好:豆腐一块,南北豆腐均可,但不要用内酯豆腐,吃着没口感,芹菜杆3根,用量可调整。
  • 2.豆腐切1公分左右的丁,芹菜纵剖两条,再切小丁。
  • 3.锅中倒一大碗水,豆腐丁入锅,中火煮开2分钟。
  • 4.下入芹菜丁煮1分钟。
  • 5.玉米淀粉加少许凉水调成玉米浆。
  • 6.根据口味倒入适量川香麻辣汁。
  • 7.混合几下,淋入淀粉浆。
  • 8.用铲子轻轻推动,待淀粉变粘稠了,出锅。
  • 9.麻辣豆腐,香辣嫩滑,开胃又下饭!
