Steps to make 韩式参鸡汤--#铁釜烧饭就是香#

  • 1.糯米提前二个小时泡发。
  • 2.准备其它食材。
  • 3.先把鸡屁股去掉。
  • 4.将鸡充分清洗后,在内腔用盐搓一遍,用水再次冲洗干净。
  • 5.在鸡肚里放入两颗红枣两瓣蒜。
  • 6.然后塞入一部分糯米。再塞入枣和蒜,糯米。
  • 7.如此,最后用蒜和枣封口。
  • 8.在腹部下面鸡皮上开个小口,将鸡腿交叉穿过。
  • 9.再用牙签固定紧剩,以防煮制时,糯米漏出。
  • 10.将处理好的鸡放在锅中,加入姜、葱,剩余的两颗红枣、人参。
  • 11.加入水,最好没过鸡。
  • 12.选择电饭煲的煲汤键,时间是默认的一个半小时。
  • 13.半小时后,满屋飘香,一个半小时后,程序结束,打开锅盖,鸡汤已经煲好。
  • 14.再洒点葱花,配点蛋丝,开始享用吧!
