蜜渍圣女果脯
圣女果,又称小西红柿、小番茄果、樱桃番茄等,既可作蔬菜又可作水果,其中维生素含量是普通番茄的1.7倍,具有生津止渴、健胃消食、清热解毒、凉血平肝,补血养血和增进食欲的功效。可治口渴,食欲不振。经常食用圣女果能起到促进小儿的生长发育作用;还可增强人体抵抗力、延缓衰老等。圣女果还可以当做美容水果,具有减少皱纹的作用。
  圣女果外观玲珑可爱,味道酸甜,很受人们的喜爱。尽管鲜果营养价值更高,但我是个超级怕酸的人,一点点酸就能让我皱眉头,因此我用白糖和蜂蜜浸渍,把它做成了果脯蜜饯,随时随地的甜蜜。

Steps to make 蜜渍圣女果脯

  • 1.水中加一勺盐,圣女果倒入盐水中浸泡10分钟洗净,去蒂,再用清水清洗一遍,沥去表面水分。
  • 2.为了让糖分更好地渗入圣女果,腌出水分,用刀把圣女果对半剖开。
  • 3.加入100克白砂糖,拌匀,静置半天,腌出水分。
  • 4.倒出水分后加入100克蜂蜜,拌匀,盖好盖子或包好保鲜膜冰箱3小时以上。圣女果水分足,这次的腌渍,依然会腌出许多水。
  • 5.捞出圣女果,皮朝下摆在果蔬风干机的果盘上(事先垫好硅胶蒸笼垫)。
  • 6.一共摆了3盘,盖上盖子,温度调到40℃,风干约28小时,每4小时左右把果盘上下位置换一换。
  • 7.因为做蜜饯果脯,不用吹得很干,圣女果果脯软软的,甜甜的,看书追剧的小零食就有啦!
