烤牙签肉
牙签肉是一道新颖的家常菜,牙签肉外酥内嫩、酥香可口、色泽鲜艳,具有麻、辣、咸、甜等不同味道,非常适合不同人口味的需要。外酥内嫩、酥香可口、色泽鲜艳。补虚劳,祛寒冷,温补气血;益肾气,补形衰,开胃健力;补益产妇,通乳治带,助元阳,益精血。
我在烤这道牙签肉的时候把老抽当生抽放了,所以颜色有点深,不过味道还是不错的。

Steps to make 烤牙签肉

  • 1.一块瘦肉洗净。
  • 2.切成大小差不多的小块,忽视我的刀功。
  • 3.加入一勺生抽。
  • 4.一勺蚝油。
  • 5.适量孜然粉。
  • 6.适量胡椒粉。
  • 7.葱段盒姜片。
  • 8.一勺淀粉。
  • 9.搅拌均匀,盖上保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏腌制3小时左右。
  • 10.用事先浸泡好的牙签戳肉,摆在铺有锡纸的烤盘上。
  • 11.aca烤箱170度上下火预热好了后放入牙签肉烤25分钟。
  • 12.最后5分钟的时候暂停烤箱,取出肉撒辣椒粉和白芝麻,把烤盘摆入烤完时间就可以了!
  • 13.颜色深了点,但是味道还是可以的,用牙签串着,吃起来很方便。
