蒜末肉泥烤茄子
第一次学做烤茄子,加了好多蒜末和肉泥,还加了点辣椒油,咸鲜中带点微辣!

  • 大茄子1个
  • 猪肉泥80g
  • 姜末少许
  • 生抽1勺
  • 红辣椒1个
  • 蒜头1个
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 料酒半勺
  • 辣椒油1勺
  • 少许
  • 白胡椒粉少许
  • 葱花少许

Steps to make 蒜末肉泥烤茄子

  • 1.大茄子洗净擦干水分
  • 2.放入烤箱165度烤15分钟至茄子外皮起皱
  • 3.准备好蒜末和姜末
  • 4.加入适量的蚝油、生抽、辣椒油
  • 5.加热适量色拉油后爆香蒜末
  • 6.搅拌均匀备用
  • 7.猪肉泥中加入适量的料酒、盐和白胡椒粉拌匀
  • 8.烤好的茄子一切为二,再把里面的肉划上花刀有助入味
  • 9.把拌好的蒜末酱料抹在茄子上
  • 10.再把猪肉泥均匀的铺在蒜末上
  • 11.放入烤箱200度烤15分钟左右
  • 12.取出撒上葱花和红椒丁再烤5-10分钟,用叉子试试等茄子的肉软烂了即可
