海苔肉松咸饼干
饼干里面多数是高糖高油耗的甜饼干,咸味的不多。这款添加了肉松和海苔的咸口酥脆饼干真的很适合嘴馋又怕胖的亲,还有小宝宝也肯定会喜欢,又可以补充营养

  • 肉松末10克
  • 全蛋液50克
  • 海苔碎10克
  • 糖粉10克
  • 3克
  • 泡打粉3克

Steps to make 海苔肉松咸饼干

  • 1.黄油室温软化,用手指能轻轻按个坑就是软化了,不用融化哦
  • 2.一次加入糖粉
  • 3.打至黄油稍稍篷发,颜色变浅。我用手动打的
  • 4.分次少量加入蛋液,每次必须完全打匀再加
  • 5.打好的黄油应该是细腻润滑的
  • 6.筛入低粉和泡打粉,别偷懒,做饼干粉类一定要过筛
  • 7.拌匀至无干粉状
  • 8.加入肉松拌匀。记住肉松要尽量弄细一些,不然切的时候不太好切
  • 9.再加入切细的海苔碎
  • 10.拌匀的面团放冰箱冷藏松弛30分钟
  • 11.在油纸上把面团擀成薄片
  • 12.用小模子刻出形状,当然你也可以用刀切条或切片的
  • 13.把形状外多余面皮拿掉,刻好的就留在油纸上直接移入烤盘就可以了
  • 14.烤箱预热175度,中层15分钟。我家烤箱温度偏低的,亲们可以按自家烤箱调节温度
  • 15.多余的面团再擀皮,换了个模子
