花生蛋白脆饼

  • 细砂糖25克
  • 低粉20克

Steps to make 花生蛋白脆饼

  • 1.花生用微波炉或烤箱烤熟去皮。
  • 2.用刀切碎备用。
  • 3.蛋白用电打蛋器打成粗泡后,分三次加入细砂糖及柠檬汁,快速搅打至九分发。
  • 4.筛入低粉,同时加入花生碎。
  • 5.用刮刀以压拌方式拌成均匀的面糊。
  • 6.用汤匙(我用的挖冰淇淋的勺子)取适量的面糊。
  • 7.放在垫了油布的烤盘上。
  • 8.用小汤匙蘸少许水,以转圈方式稍微压平。
  • 9.烤箱预热,150度低温慢焙20分钟左右,再以120度续烤15分钟左右(温度以自家烤箱调节),熄火后焖20分钟左右呈金黄色出炉。
