Steps to make 花生小将

  • 1.花生酱,应选用带颗粒的花生酱,我用的顺滑花生酱,所以先取了95克的花生酱与10克花生颗粒混合,搅拌均匀。
  • 2.加入花生油和盐,用打蛋器搅打均匀。
  • 3.加入糖粉继续拌匀。
  • 4.筛入低粉、泡打粉的混合物。
  • 5.改用刮刀稍微拌和。
  • 6.再加入10克水,用手和成面团。(此步根据面团情况酌情加入,保证和好的面团有一定的粘性才行。)
  • 7.分成每个15克的小面团,搓圆,摆在烤盘上。
  • 8.刷上一层蛋黄液。
  • 9.用圆口形裱花嘴在上面压出痕迹。
  • 10.烤箱预热,180度20分钟左右。
