飘香芝麻糕

  • 白糖180g
  • 黑芝麻120g
  • 酵母3g
  • 泡打粉3g
  • 猪油10g
  • 清水250g

Steps to make 飘香芝麻糕

  • 1.黑芝麻入锅用慢火炒熟。
  • 2.用粉粹机将黑芝麻磨成粉。
  • 3.将过筛的中筋面粉、酵母、泡打粉、白糖及磨好的芝麻粉搅匀。
  • 4.然后加入清水和猪油搅拌成均匀的糊状。
  • 5.将糊浆倒入已涂油的容器内。
  • 6.放入蒸笼内,大火蒸大约半小时至熟,取出冷却,切块装盘即可。
  • 7.炒黑芝麻时要用小火,不然会喷溅得厉害;并且要注意时间,大约5分钟,问到香味即可,不能炒焦、炒糊。
  • 8.蒸出来的芝麻糕看上去很像竹碳做的哈~~口感不错,有着浓浓的芝麻香~~芝麻多吃很好噢,对头发也相当好,是黑色食物中的佼佼者哦。
