黑椒蒜蓉烤排骨

  • 白菜帮子3片

  • 蒜蓉酱2大勺
  • 白酒1小勺

Steps to make 黑椒蒜蓉烤排骨

  • 1.肋排洗净,斩成长约一寸的段,沥干水。
  • 2.放入出黑胡椒粒外的所有调料腌制,密封,放入冰箱3个小时以上,最后能腌制过夜。
  • 3.烤盘内铺上锡纸,再铺上洗净沥干水的白菜帮子。
  • 4.放上排骨。
  • 5.刷上一层油,烤箱200度预热10分钟,将排骨放入烤上色。
  • 6.排骨烤上色后就要撒上一层黑胡椒粒了,我用的是现磨的这种,直接对着排骨转动盖子,将磨好的黑胡椒粒撒在排骨上,继续烤5分钟。
  • 7.翻面,刷油,烤上色,撒黑胡椒粒,继续烤,直至排骨的肉和骨头能轻松分离。
