  • 酱油3勺

Steps to make 培根烧卖

  • 1.糯米洗净放水倒入酱油泡半小时!
  • 2.热水揉面,然后放一旁备用!
  • 3.煮好的糯米,用铲子搅拌一下!
  • 4.培根切沫!
  • 5.锅里放点油煸香培根沫!
  • 6.倒入煮好的糯米,炒几下之后关火,然后放入盐,糖,带上一次性手套抓匀!
  • 7.完了之后拿出烫面,揉成长条!
  • 8.跟做饺子一样,切好一个一个的小剂子!
  • 9.擀成如图这个样子的烧卖皮!
  • 10.放入糯米馅!
  • 11.然后利用虎口收紧!
  • 12.依次全部都做好,蒸锅做水,烧开后放入烧卖,上气15分钟就可以了!
