白果腐竹粥
白果腐竹粥是妇科带下病食疗方,以白果、腐竹、粳米为材料,将白果去壳皮,同腐竹、粳米同煮为稠粥。
每日1次,空腹食。可养胃,清肺热,固肾气。适用于脾虚带下。
但须知白果有小毒,不可多食,一日不可超过10颗为宜。

Steps to make 白果腐竹粥

  • 1.大米淘洗干净,拌入适量色拉油,腐竹泡软切小块,白果去壳去皮去芯,清洗干净。
  • 2.锅中加入适量清水,待煮开后下入大米。
  • 3.大米煮十分钟后下入腐竹。
  • 4.倒入白果。
  • 5.煮沸后改小火,东菱养生锅有慢炖功能,煮粥不糊底也不会沸出来,很方便。
  • 6.煮半个小时,出锅加少许盐调味。
